The zTenant application allows tenants to comprehensively document the condition of their new home during the move-in process, ensuring protection for both the tenant and the landlord. Upon completion of the upload, a PDF copy of the inspection report will be promptly emailed to you.

The latest version of the application features a completely refreshed interface, enhanced camera functionality, and improved usability.
